Acknowledgment & Fees

If you fail to answer any question, or if you have given false information: (1) we are entitled to reject this application; (2) we will retain all processing fees and deposits as liquidated damages for time spent and expenses; (3) we will terminate any right to lease the bedroom; and (4) if you have signed a lease, it will be a violation of the lease. By my signature I attest that the information contained herein is correct. The management is authorized to verify my credit history, and all other submitted information for the purpose of evaluating this lease application. This application will be approved upon satisfactory criminal background check.

1. Please submit your housing application to Panther Hill Apartments along with the following fees:

Confirmation Fee: $150 (Refundable). Confirmation fee will be applied to the 2nd installment after lease agreement signed.

Application Fee: $50 (Non-Refundable)

2. Refundable security deposit: $450 per person. Security deposit due at move-in. The security deposit is refundable and will be held by management for the term of the lease.

3. Accommodations are limited and will be leased on a first-come, first-served basis. The acceptance of this application does not ensure an accommodation. An accommodation is reserved only upon execution of the lease agreement by all parties. Rates/installments, fees and utilities included are subject to change. Semester paid Rates/installments do not represent a monthly rental amount (and are not prorated).

If you do not have a full apartment group, we will attempt to match you with roommates based on your resident profile form. Unfortunately, roommate requests cannot be guaranteed.

No agreement, either written or oral, shall be binding on applicant, agent or owner, except only to the extent set forth in a written lease agreement executed by such parties. I/We agree that you may conduct a credit, background and reference check of me/us. Acceptance of this application does not assure a room reservation. A bedroom accommodation is reserved only upon signing of a completed lease agreement by all parties before the property reaches full capacity. I/We hereby authorize you to use any consumer reporting agency, credit bureau or other investigative agencies employed by such, to investigate the references set forth herein or other information obtained from me/us or any other person pertaining to my/our employment history, prior credit tendencies, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living, to obtain a consumer report and such other credit information which may result therefrom, and to disclose and furnish such information to the owner's agent set forth above in support of this application. I/We have been advised that I/we have the right, under Section 606B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to make a written request, within a reasonable time, for a complete and accurate disclosure of the nature and scope of this investigation. Rates/installments, fees and utilities included are subject to change. Rates/installments do not represent a monthly rental amount (and are not prorated), but rather the total base rent due for the lease term divided by the number of installments.
